SCLS & its origin

The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) — originally, and still legally, the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act of 1965 (SCA) — set the minimum wages and fringe benefits employers must pay service employees on federal contracts. “SCLS” and “SCA” refer to the same law: SCA is the original name, SCLS is the name in common use today.
